Non competitive governance

Ending politics of scarcity

Politics is the mechansim by which we allocate resources, primarily ersatz wealth and power. It assumes scarcity, and therefore competition. Politics is about choosing who wins and who loses. When you assume scarcity, and then compete for what there is, you will indeed find and create scarcity.

On the creation of scarcity...an organized competitor is the military. How much of the world could US military budget feed and house, ending scarcity by eliminating the competitor.

What happens if you approach "governance" holding an assumption of abundance? The originators of the concept of Gaia found that life creates conditions for life. Life IS abundance. Scarcity only "happens" when you assume ownership, a right TO something. Turn your mind to having obligations to Life rather than owning it and exploiting it.

Under a governance of abundance, life is win/win. There are no losers.

We are here, not to dole out scarcity, but to see and further abundance.
